Texas-issued documents (birth certificates, notarized documents, court records) need a State Apostille. Federal documents such as FBI background checks need a Federal Apostille from the U.S. Department of State. We'll tell you which one you need.
Then your document requires Embassy (consular) Legalization instead of an Apostille. We handle that process from start to finish.
Yes. Out-of-state and mail-in clients send documents to our Katy office; we process them and return the finished documents by USPS, FedEx or international courier.
